Organised by MIO, SYKE, CEFAS, LOG, SZN and HCMR, the EuroMarine workshop TT-CYTO aimed to build interoperable data sets for flow cytometry will be held at the LOG in Wimereux early June 2024. It will gather together users of in situ flow cytometers to make them classifying on the same way the phytoplankton groups from raw files. This is a mandatory step to build interoperability, data management best practices and push together initiatives for open datasets.*
This workshop is ideal for researchers, scientists, lab engineers, technicians, and students with experience in using flow cytometry for monitoring marine microbes, an interest in operational and analytical practices and data fairness.
Workshop Highlights:
– Expert-led sessions on data acquisition, treatment, analysis, and interpretation
– Hands-on demonstrations of advanced flow cytometry analytical techniques
– Interactive discussions on overcoming common challenges and biases in flow cytometry data
– Networking opportunities with fellow researchers and industry professionals
